Please explain what "a special +/- 6mm shift function" means. There doesn't seem to be anything written here to say what benefit this offers...
The shift functionality works with APS-C sensor cameras, even though the lens is normal mode is full frame compatible. Shift of the lens is great for architecture to make the perspective look correct.
